Matt Warhaftig

From the start, Matt has had a passion for helping clients visualize the complex ideas around access and value in memorable and compelling ways. Matt and his colleagues have worked in close collaboration with brand teams, access marketing, HEOR, as well as field teams to create and implement successful programs that help get drugs well-positioned on formularies and help to get patients onto therapy quickly. Matt has enjoyed problem-solving with clients large and small, in a wide range of therapeutic areas, including traditional, specialty, and rare disease.

Hande Doğu,

Hande’s 20 years’ experience working in pharma set the foundation for her work in access and payer marketing. Over the past 10 years, Hande has led managed care initiatives for Novartis, Sunovion, and Alnylam. An energetic team leader, she is passionate towards holistically evaluating brand challenges and generating insight-driven solutions addressing the needs of diverse healthcare audiences.

Ali Naquvi

Senior Medical Writer

Ali has over 15 years of experience as a medical writer and holds degrees in English, Biology, Bioethics, and Health Law. His legal insights into the state, federal and regulatory framework of payer marketing bring an added dimension to our team. He has written for diverse audiences and in multiple therapeutic areas serving clients such as Alnylam, Novartis, Sunovion, Pfizer, Regeneron, Biogen, and Bristol-Myers.

Catherine Mixon

Group Account Supervisor

A dedicated team member that drives exceptional project execution with an eye on the big picture. She received her Master’s in Nutrition at NCSU, specializing in nutrient supplementation and the incidence of cardiovascular disease. Catherine’s early hands-on experience as a specialty pharmacy sales rep has given her a solid understanding of the challenges of on-boarding patients for specialty drugs. Her expertise has allowed her to lead successful payer marketing and patient support initiatives for Leo Pharma, Novartis, and BioXcel Pharmaceuticals.

Alison Conti

Account Director

Alison’s experience in medical billing, healthcare analytics, and research helped to set the stage for her work in access communications. She received a Master’s Degree in Public Health from NYU where she did extensive research on the barriers to healthcare access and social determinants of health. Her goal is to improve healthcare accessibility.

Michael Arndt

Art Director/Designer

Michael Arndt is a graphic designer turned author/illustrator whose love of animals and typography has inspired his award-winning books for both children and adults. In the somewhat less whimsical world of pharmaceutical marketing and access communications, his passion for promoting visual literacy has served clients very well.

Reiner Lubge

Art Director/Designer

Educated in Germany, Reiner worked at some of the best agencies and design firms in New York before joining Warhaftig Associates. He has won numerous awards in both Europe and New York. His goal is to apply the best design principles to helping to communicate the nuanced and complex ideas around “value” with original and compelling graphics.
